Great recipe, I just replaced the red pepper flakes by 2 fresh red peppers, finely chopped.
That way you get the tast of the pepper much better.
I based this on my favorite ice recipe : White Chocolate ice with red pepper.

You had me laughing about discovering macadamia nut cookies at Subway as I always think of Subway when I think of Macadamia Nut cookies too! I love, love, love Macadamia Nut cookies so I’ll have to try these!
