My mother, too, made these every year (until she couldn’t) with the chow mien noodles. She passed away in June after years of dementia. This will be our first Christmas without her here and these were my dad’s favorites so I was going to make them this year but couldn’t find the noodles. Good to know that you can use pretzel sticks!
