Need ranch seasoning/dressing/dip for a party or dinner, but don’t feel like venturing to the store? Then I am here to rescue you! (Assuming you have all these ingredients in your pantry-buttermilk powder is the only variable for me.)

This ranch seasoning mix can be made to use immediately or stored for later use. I decided to make it spicy (and is great on seasoned pretzels and Ranch Snack Mix), but if you prefer a non-spicy, traditional version then omit the red pepper.

Making my own seasoning mixers is one of my favorite things to do, mostly because it’s cost effective when I have all the components to make it without going to the store. As an added bonus it is fresher, and I can control how much salt or other desired seasonings are present.
