WTG! Congratulations from a fellow doc. It seems like eons ago, and it was. Now retired, I’m glad I can bake and experiment to my heart’s content. Thank goodness for neighbors and the health club or I’d weigh….well, we won’t go there.

A few friends have even requested I bake for them for pay! Heck, that’s such a compliment I do it for free.

Please enjoy your newly-minted doctorate and never stop experimenting in the kitchen.

Wow, Erin. Congratulations!!!!!! I cannot imagine having to defend a thesis, but it sounds like you aced it. No surprise there! I’m glad the suspense is over for you. I actually gasped when I saw “Name Change” at the top of your email.

Thank you! I just realized that name change could have also been confused with getting married. Not yet haha.

CONGRATULATIONS, Erin! I was just commenting on a previous post and writing about how I don’t know which letters to capitalize in PhD and now it’s been answered cause those are the letters that’ll appear behind your name from now until eternity. Dr. Spiffy Cookie – that sounds really good!
